Norwood House Apartments

I've lived in Norwood House Apartments in Downingtown now for nearly 2 years. Since I've moved in, I've had nothing but problems after more problems. Apparently this complex was voted best living in the state or something? This is bullshit. When I moved in in June of 2007 problems started from the very beginning. I had problems with the lease.
