I think it was Tipparary.(sp) smile She lived on a farm. And she was blind in one eye by being kicked in the eye by a cow. The Dr's wanted to remove her eye but my Nana thankgod forbade it. You wouldn't even have known. I didn't realize until I was an adult that she was blind in one eye.
My Grandfarther came to America to get his family away from the political strife that existed then.But my family has always felt such a sweetness about Ireland. smile
My Mom was born in Ireland.I miss the Irish accent to her story.(That's the title to a song. smile) and I can't remember how to spell brogue(sp) Anyway hi.All Irishwomen have my heart, I don't even care if they're wearing the orange or the green. hehe An Irish brogue is halfway to love! xo
I would love to come but I am booked in LA for shows. I am sure that within the year I will be taking a trip to Ireland though. It's been a year since my last time over.
